Hotel for 2026

Once again, we have reserved blocks with Oxford Suites.  

The Oxford Suites is the host hotel for the show and is conveniently located just a 4-mile drive from the venue.   All of their rates include:

• Complimentary shuttle service within city limits

• Wi-Fi

• Heated indoor pool & hot tub

• Fitness center

• Full hot breakfast daily

• Evening Oxford Social (Monday–Saturday) with complimentary drinks and appetizers in our on-site bar & bistro

Block code expires on September 25, 2026 at 12:00 pm for Oxford Suites. The hotel has an easy cancellation policies.  We recommend booking hotels early as rooms will go fast.  

RV and Camping are available at the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center. RV spaces with electrical and water connections. For more information, contact Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center at 541-289-9800.

Hermiston offers many restaurants offering pickup and delivery, as well as all major grocery stores.  

Hermiston Ranch and Home is located just 2 miles from the venue, and NW Farm Supply is 5 miles from the venue.
