We have reserved blocks with 2 hotels in the area. Oxford Suites and Holiday Inn Express.  

The Oxford Suites is the host hotel for the show and is conveniently located just a 4-mile drive from the venue.   All of their rates include:

• Complimentary shuttle service within city limits

• Wi-Fi

• Heated indoor pool & hot tub

• Fitness center

• Full hot breakfast daily

• Evening Oxford Social (Monday–Saturday) with complimentary drinks and appetizers in our on-site bar & bistro

The Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located just 3 mile from the venue.   All of their rates include:

• Free on-site parking

• Wi-Fi

• Heated indoor pool

• Fitness center

• Complimentary hot buffet breakfast

Block code expires on September 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm for Oxford Suites and September 3, 2025 for Holiday Inn Express. All hotels have easy cancellation policies.  We recommend booking hotels early as rooms will go fast.
